We can customize grinding wheels, flap discs, non woven polishing wheels, diamond saw blades, fiber discs and other products for customers once they provide us with their requirements.

• Raw materials: Our company has selected a number of excellent suppliers to provide us with high-quality raw materials. We also maintain a sufficient inventory to prevent delays in the production process.
• Production scale: 4 automatic mixing machines, 30 automatic molding machines, 10 drying ovens, 2 automatic packaging lines, 2 automatic testing equipment and 2 manual testing equipment. The annual production capacity is up to 100 million pieces.

• Quality control: We carry out strict tests on purchased raw materials and the first products manufactured in the batch. At last, all the finished products will be thoroughly inspected and tested. We firmly control every step to ensure the quality. We maintain comprehensive inspection records ourselves and feedback from customers, so that the products can be tracked at any time if there is any problem.

In 2014, a large Bangladeshi company contacted us to produce grinding wheels and apply their brand trademarks and color boxes. They ordered two 20ft cabinets at first. This was their first order of grinding wheels. After receiving our products, we got pretty good marketing feedback and successfully opened entered the local market. Then they ordered two containers of products from us three months later.

So far, we have been maintaining good cooperative relations with them. On average, they purchase 1 container per month. In addition to grinding wheels, they also purchase products such as flap discs and polishing wheels.
