We maintain strict control of the humidity of the mixture according to the relevant standards. This results in more uniform molded products. We utilize more than 30 sets of automated molding equipment and a large number of 4-inch and 14-inch slice forming machines. Our workshop is outfitted with high efficiency air conditioning, not only for the comfort of our workers, but also to maintain a constant temperature and humidity level that is suitable for the production of our abrasives. Years of experience in the production of abrasives has allowed us to master the “heating curve” of the hardening process used in the manufacturing process. Controlling the hardening temperature allows you to guarantee the quality of the finished abrasives. The imported automatic packaging line adopts a fully enclosed packaging method, which can better isolate the air and effectively prevent the degradation of the abrasives.
